Prior Approval is required by the Federal Election Commission of all trade associations in order for us to communicate with you regarding the PAC. Companies may grant prior approval to one trade association per calendar year. To complete a Prior Approval form, click the link below.
Contributions to the National Marine Manufacturers Association and Marine Retailers Association Boat Political Action Committee (BoatPAC) are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and refusal to contribute does not affect your membership rights. BoatPAC may only accept personal contributions. You may contribute up to the maximum annual contribution of $5,000. Federal law requires political committees to report the name, address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. You must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder) to contribute to BoatPAC.
